Age Eligibility Criteria
Age calculations are determined as of 1st January 2026 conforming to West Bengal School Education guidelines.

Collect the prospectus and registration form from the school reception at Kanthalberia, Bethuadahari, or download the printable PDF below.
Form Submission & Verification
Submit the completed form along with candidate's birth certificate, recent photographs, and address proof at the administrative desk.
Informal Parent & Child Interaction
A friendly, non-stressful interaction with the Principal and class coordinator to assess developmental readiness and mutual alignment.
Admission Confirmation & Kit Handover
Upon selection notice, complete enrollment fee formalities to receive school diary, identity card, uniform token, and booklist.
Required Documents at Submission
- Birth Certificate (original for physical verification + 2 photocopies).
- Candidate Passport Photographs: 4 recent studio-printed passport colour photos.
- Family Postcard Photo: 1 photograph of the candidate with parents.
- Aadhaar Cards: Photocopy of child's Aadhaar (if made) and both parents' Aadhaar.
- Blood Group Certificate from a certified clinical laboratory.
- Transfer Certificate (TC) and prior mark sheet (for applicants seeking Class 1 to 4).
